Developed and implemented a streamlined RFx process using market basket approach for more efficient supplier comparison and selection.

To improve supplier selection and unlock rental savings, I designed and launched a streamlined RFx process based on a market basket approach. By analyzing historical spend across all equipment categories, I identified the 70 most frequently rented assets and created a standardized bid package for supplier comparison.

The insights gained were used to build master rental rate sheets and implement a strategic rental plan across projects. This has driven a consistent 22% average reduction in equipment rental rates, providing long-term savings and improving supplier alignment with project demands.
